Walk Through Groveland History

Groveland has an interesting history as a Gold Rush town and then as flourishing tourist center from the 1870s to the present. Many old buildings survive to this day. The Museum has prepared a short walking tour guide (numbered map, 3 pages of information) for visitors who want to re-visit the town of yesteryear by walking through the town. The walk is roughly 1 / 4 mile in length and should take no more than 45 minutes, depending on how much you want to stop and linger. Just print out the PDF and take with you.
